Commonly referred to as a REALTOR®, a Real Estate Agent (or Agent) is there for you for exactly that, Real Estate! We are dedicated, licensed advisors who are trained in negotiation, contracts – especially terms and conditions that work in your favour, as well as property knowledge. We take reports from economists, our local board and feeder markets to make predictions however we cannot make the prices. When it comes time to placing an offer we use these reports and work with you to come up with a sale price that is favourable to your side in the market!

We owe you a duty called Agency when we work with you, we must always work in your best interest at all times. This means we must remove our judgement or personal opinions and leave the final decisions to the client. You must know that we do have other clients and they may have similar needs to yours, so if any conflicts of interest ever arise, we must remove ourselves from that scenario and find another colleague for one set of clients.

Your privacy is extremely important to us, so we never disclose this information to any other party unless it is a team member already working for you. Your information is stored confidentially and safely on our platform called Dotloop. It is never shared with the other party unless instructed explicitly by you to do so.
